The rooms were spotless and we could park onsite. Our window overlooked garden. This hotel was located in a central area close to centre of town, the railway station, and Bowness.

The service here is exceptional, everything is excellent, and they offer free wi-fi with nothing being too much trouble.

I think the hotel was well-maintained, will be back. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, the staff was very attentive, the grounds were perfectly clean. The location seemed particularly good and very pretty to a stream that runs alongside the guest house. Besides, it was just next door to bus stops, shops and windermere centre and Ambleside. The bar was exquisite.

Perfect central location, close to the high street and train station, the outskirts of Windermere centre and local shops and restaurants. Besides, very convenient to Carver Memorial Urc. Free parking and delicious breakfast with high quality local ingredients.

The breakfast here is delicious and they use quality ingredients, plus the staff are really friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet. , the bus stop is just 200 meters away from here.

Location: the hotel was right by Windermere lake, a pub across from the Inn and the city centre. The breakfast was full of good meals such as cereals, croissants and fresh fruit.

This place has a wonderful location near the town center, restaurants, shops, boat trips, and a pub, making it very convenient.

I would use them next time. Everything here was fantastic.- The venue was centrally located near shops, the high street, and the train station.- The staff were very amiable and friendly.

Had a lovely stay over Easter, with attentive staff, modern rooms, equipped with all the facilities and extra comfort, and a great view of a stream.

Lovely Streamside Location and Close to Francine's Restaurant 🌊

This place was spotlessly clean and stunningly beautiful, with an extensive breakfast and a perfect location close to the lake, which was good for visiting Windermere.

Breakfast here includes cereals, croissants, and fresh fruit 🥐🍓. It's in a peaceful spot, just a short walk from the bus station. There's a nice restaurant not too far away from this place.
